THE COMPETITION: DESIGNER’S WORKSTATION 2008
1. Introduction
This competition event is focused on designing the ideal workstation for the designer of this new century.
From the onset of design as a discipline, designers (interior, graphic, textile, rchitectural, industrial) hammered out their projects using a work table, a rawing table, or a desk. In the XXI century the computer is the main tool for sketching design. The emerging needs of today’s designers, together with the global, cultural and technological changes, demand a new uptodate workstation.

designs:
   · Dimensions. - Dimensions will be determined by competitors.

This is a relevant aspect because the evaluation of the design will take into account the harmony and the environmental and spatial logic it keeps with the space chosen or created.

   · Resolution: 120 dpi
   · Size: 1500 x 1000 pixels so that it can be easily seen on a computer screen.
